Bryon and Mandy did a fantastic job! They were warm and friendly from the moment they arrived and throughout the evening. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and went up for 2nds 3rds and even some 4ths. People said that usually pig can be gristly but this one was beautiful and not dry either. The vegetarian option was lovely the halloumi was perfectly done and had a salty touch to it. They kept it seperate from the veg skewers to cover vegan guests too which was ace. They brought a variety of buns and even gluten free ones for our DJ who was chuffed to bits. They dished up leftovers and left the area really tidy. Admin and catering staff were very friendly, efficient and the hogroast with roast potatoes, halloumi fries and vegetable scewers were divine.
