Mark is responsible for a large workforce and always believes in ‘A Happy Workforce Is A Productive Workforce’ and therefore likes to put on a treat for his staff. His 100 hardworking employee’s always look forward to the day that they know the Hog Roast Hilton team will be on the car park! With 100 rolls to prepare and hungry bellies, we always know we have to jam pack our rolls to the brim with succulent pulled pork for the workers to tuck into.
As soon as break time at 12pm hits you can guarantee they are rushing out to be first in the line, but of course Mark is always there waiting for them right at the front! On the day the team are also able to make the most of having a longer break to mingle with each other, very valued team bonding for everyone. Pulled pork rolls are a clear winner amongst the team and every single one of the workers have a lovely meal, even the 2 vegetarians who enjoy the veggie burgers that we bring. They are able to be just as involved as the rest of the team with the treat. We always ensure that any dietary requirement will be catered for with prior notice.
It’s a fabulous treat for the staff to look forward too and Hog Roast Hilton enjoy seeing familiar faces time and time again. We enjoy our visits to the company, especially knowing how much the staff love their work and are clearly very well rewarded for their efforts.
