One of our Hog Roast Repton speciality menus may well be the perfect feature at your party or event, like our Loaded Fries, where we add pulled pork or brisket of beef to freshly-cooked fries and top with your choice of a zesty or spicy slaw and melted cheese, or perhaps our Southern Slow Roast will be just the ticket instead, with no less than three marinated meat mains and four hot or cold sides (and there’s a vegetarian option if needed too). You may want multiple courses served, like a main and a side or canapés, starters, mains, sides and desserts, and you can mix and match items between our menus if needed. Our Hog Roast Repton experts catered a family party over the weekend where we were asked to make a Southern Slow Roast that would satisfy both carnivores and vegetarians. Our customer decided on the three meats of pork butt, sticky pork ribs and Cajun chicken, which all roasted slowly at a low temperature for hours on end on the day, a vegetarian main of grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps, and sides of coleslaw, mac and cheese, corn cobettes and wedges (which were all suitable for the vegetarian guests too). After hours of preparation and cooking, we had a great feast ready for the thirty guests and by 3pm, it was time to serve and satisfy everyone’s hunger with great food that was made with love and care.
