Max is the owner of a company that supplies educational resources to schools across the country. At the end of each academic year, he hosts a party for his staff to celebrate the end of another year of hard work and to prepare for the rush that takes place before the next year begins. The party takes place at their office building in Leicestershire and this year Hog Roast Ibstock has been hired to cater for the occasion. Max and our catering manager Byron discussed plenty of our menu options before it was decided that a Gourmet BBQ would be perfect for the August afternoon!

In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Ibstock team will arrive at the office block in the morning and set up our catering station in the car park for the private office. We will start our prep by barbequing the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These Hog Roast Ibstockdishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer if required. For the side dishes, the staff can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, a green leaf salad, and a tasty Caeser salad. Overall, this menu will create the perfect buffet lunch option, with more than enough to go around. Everyone will be able to choose their ideal lunch from our buffet station, making us the ideal caterers for the occasion!
