Recently, the Hog Roast Hinckley team were hired by Michael for his event which he was hosting at Ashby Road Sports Club. The event was for a 60th birthday party which Michael did a fantastic job of organising. The food was served in the traditional Hog Roast Hinckley team manner of a buffet. The buffet itself was served inside so the team did not have to battle the elements to deliver their buffet.
Michael selected the Hog Roast Hinckley team’s classic hog roast menu for his event. The menu included a whole slow roasted hog which was cooked in a Hog Master machine to ensure that some fantastic crispy crackling was created over the hog. This meat was served with homemade stuffing and apple sauce using fresh ingredients. The meat was professionally carved by the team’s Catering Manager and laid out beautifully on the buffet. Furthermore, the meats were served alongside a selection of classic Hog Roast Hinckley sauces. In addition, a vegetarian option of lightly grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers which was served with pitta breads and a Tzatziki dip.
The Hog Roast Hinckley team’s Catering Manager, Lee, led the team through a fantastic service which suffered no hiccups. Lee was really proud of the service his team delivered and of the food they presented. The food was served from 8pm onwards as an evening buffet. The guests really enjoyed the buffet and it put the cherry on top for the party. All of the food tasted fantastically fresh because the team arrived at the venue several hours before the serve time so that they could prepare and cook everything onsite. The buffet was served to 100 guests so it was vital that there was plenty of food on the buffet for all of the guests. In addition, it was crucial that they got the initial food out quickly so that the guests could be served all together. Furthermore, the Hog Roast Hinckley team ensured that Michael did not need to worry about cleaning up after the event as the team took their waste and disposable crockery away with them.
