Recently, the Hog Roast Hinckley team were hired by a corporate client to deliver a Hog Roast to their staff. Liz from the company DB Schenker Ltd hired the team to cook an outdoor Hog Roast and it went down a treat with the staff. The event was quite large, as the company employs a large number of staff so the Hog Roast team had to ensure that they delivered an excellent service so that everyone received their food at the same time.
Liz had chosen Menu Three for her staff which included a Hog Roast pig, cooked on site at the company’s base in Nuneaton, by the team. In addition to this, she selected vegetarian skewers as an alternative to the main meat selected. The DB Schenker Ltd company had 150 staff members that were going to visit the Hog Roast Hinckley stand for their lunch and so it was vital that the team had the food ready at dinner time, right on 12 o’clock.
The Hog Roast Hinckley team arranged the food as a buffet, however, as the event was hired by a corporate client, the team ensured that the presentation of the food was excellent. This meant that the tables were all laid out with double layered table cloths and the food was presented in beautiful baskets. In addition, they arranged the side dishes and dips for the food along the tables on slate boards and ensured that the cutlery and plating was sturdy. Overall, the event was a fantastic success and all the company’s staff appeared to enjoy the food while the team experienced an excellent service.
