Employees and their families enjoyed a fabulous Employee Awards Evening with Hog Roast Wigston on Saturday. The annual event was an opportunity for Directors to show their thanks and appreciation to the team for their hard work and loyalty, as well as an occasion for staff and their families to enjoy being treated to great food and hospitality in an amazing environment.
The expert and seamless catering from Hog Roast Wigston ensured that party-goers young and old were not disappointed. The event was organised by PA Emma James who said: “I wanted something that would cater for everyone, and this certainly ticked that box, no need to go round collecting preferred diet lists, there literally was something for everyone” I then asked how she found the planning of an event for 120 people she said simply “ the best part of my plan was to book the Hog Roast Wigston team, I just told them what we wanted and it happened”
The high end quality and professionalism of the catering gave the event the prestige it deserved as well as the flexibility to allow celebrations to be unhindered by the formality of more rigid structures. Organisers, staff and families focused on the celebrations in hand, uninterrupted by anything other than perhaps the incredible aroma of the mind-blowing spread that was to follow. From a vast selection of meats, hot and cold accompaniments, salads choices and vegetable selections the seemingly endless buffet was a rainbow of options for meat eaters and vegans alike.
It is no surprise that the event has already been rebooked Hog Roast Wigston for next year’s staff awards ceremony. The business does not underestimate the value of its committed, hardworking employees, being able to show some appreciation in a way which includes them all was an absolute pleasure for everyone involved.
