A Work Party Christmas Feast – Hog Roast Staveley

There’s still time for you to book Hog Roast Staveley to cater with our festive menu, which we’re sure will impress your guests no end, with two courses of delicious food to get everyone into the Christmas spirit. While we provide specialty menus throughout the year, like our luscious Loaded Fries and our stunning Southern Slow Roast, every Christmas we offer a seasonal menu consisting of so much food with the main that you may struggle to enjoy our dessert of traditional minces pies and brandy cream! Nevertheless, we’re sure everyone will try to.

Hog Roast StaveleyThis seasonal Hog Roast Staveley menu gives you a choice of a meaty main, with either one of our free-range centrepiece hog roasts, complete with the usual trimmings of crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce, or something many people serve up at this time of year – whole-roast turkeys, with fresh cranberry sauce and stuffing. We also offer a vegetarian main if required, of our highly popular veggie skewers, where we grill halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, red onion and courgette, and serve in wraps with Tzatziki. They can also be made vegan if needed, by leaving out the cheese.

For many years now, we’ve made sure to offer our customers plenty of choice and variety, in order to cater for all kinds of personal tastes, dietary needs and appetites. We have various high-quality meats available to be spit-roasted or barbecued instead, and an array of additional dishes on offer so that you’e able to create your own menu, with your choice of canapés, starters, sides or desserts – or all of the above if preferred!

Hog Roast Staveley was asked to cater a work party recently, with our festive menu of a hog roast main, as well as vegan skewers. We cook the meat directly at your venue, so it’s hot and fresh as can be, and on this day, we arrived a good few hours before service so that we could prepare it and set it cooking. During the day, as we kept a watchful eye on the hog sizzling away, we cracked on with freshly preparing and cooking the rest of the feast, and by the time all the guests had arrived, it was all ready and waiting for them.
